How do I log a meal?
Tap the + button on the home screen and choose how you'd like to add food: scan a barcode, search our database by name, or select a recent or favourite item.
You can also create custom foods and recipes from the My Foods tab if you cook at home regularly.
Can I sync NutriTracks with Apple Health?
Yes! Go to Settings → Integrations → Apple Health and toggle on the data types you'd like to sync (calories, macros, weight, etc.). All syncing is optional and you control exactly what is shared.
How do I change my daily calorie or macro goals?
Navigate to Settings → My Goals. You can either let NutriTracks calculate targets automatically from your profile, or enter custom targets for calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, and fibre individually.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap Forgot Password? and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. If you signed up with Sign in with Apple, you can use that same method to access your account — no password is required.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently erase all your personal data from our servers within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
If you're having trouble accessing settings, email support@nutritracks.app and we'll process the deletion manually.
Is NutriTracks free to use?
NutriTracks is free to download with a generous set of core features available at no cost. A NutriTracks Pro subscription unlocks advanced analytics, unlimited custom recipes, and priority support. You can see the full comparison in the app.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, find NutriTracks, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
The app is crashing — what should I do?
First, try force-quitting the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store. If it's still crashing, please email us with your device model and iOS version and we'll investigate right away.
